The Condo
The condo is about 750 Sq. Ft. It is located on the 4th and last
floor of Eagle Springs West in the Village. It has a direct and
beautiful view of the slopes and the mountains. We acquired it
in Spring 2005, it had not been occupied or rented.
Description
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and view of the
balcony and the slopes. Off the master is the den with a sleeper
sofa. The sofa can stay open as a bed during the stay without
interfering with traffic. The dining room sits six, the living room
has a sleeper sofa, TV (satellite), DVD player. The kitchen is fully
equipped and has an eating counter.
The building has covered parking, ski lockers on the 1st floor,
direct access to the hot tub. Guests have access to Club
Solitude in Eagle Springs East: heated outdoor pool, hot tub,
fitness center, TV room, playroom.
The building has wireless Internet, washer and dryer units on the
floor (free of charge)
The slopes are directly off the building, walking distance is 100+
yards to the lifts

The Resort
Solitude is located in the Big Cottonwood canyon off Salt Lake
City. It is a 45-min drive from SLC airport. Several shuttle
companies serve the resort during the winter, but only Canyon
Transportation does during summer season.
Solitude receives about 500" of snow during the ski season
